Return Policy

In the spirit of the ancient grain that has fed civilisations for twelve thousand years, we stand by every sack we send. If your organic flour arrives damaged, spoiled in transit, or not as promised, speak to us within 14 sunrises of delivery. Send clear photos and a brief word of what went wrong. If the fault is ours or the carrier’s, we will replace it or refund you fully—including return shipping. We cannot accept:  Returns after 14 days - Opened or partly used bags
