Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & EFT Payments
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Please note that order processing times depend on your chosen payment method:

Instant EFT (via PayFast/Ozow/Yoco/etc.): Your payment is cleared immediately. Processing begins the same or the next business day.

Manual Bank Transfer (EFT): If you opt for a manual bank deposit, we will reserve your items for [e.g., 48 hours]. Your order will only be processed and packed once the funds reflect in our bank account.
💡 Tip for faster shipping: To speed up manual EFTs, please send your official Proof of Payment (PDF) directly from your bank to info@liveandloaf.co.za
2. Processing Times

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
