A Note from the Journey
These first sacks have just arrived from the ancient valleys of Anatolia, the very beginning of our story reaching your shores.
Please note: As this is our inaugural sample shipment, the flour is packaged in its pure, honest form with our story told through carefully applied labels on the front and back.
The final printed packaging you see in the main photographs is currently in production and will be used for all future harvests.
The soul of the grain remains untouched, the same pure, organic Turkish wheat, drawn from volcanic soils and mountain rains.
You are among the first to taste this chapter. Your purchase helps us bring the full vision to life.
Thank you for walking with us from seed to loaf.

Organic vs Conventional
The distinction between our Certified Organic flours and conventional, hybridised products is not simply a label, it is a return to a 12,000-year-old promise of purity and nourishment.
In contrast to conventional, high production wheat, which depends on synthetic fertilisers and chemical pesticides to maintain maximum yield, our organic flours are grown with integrity.
Lab testing results for over 740 pesticides and toxins confirmed that our flour has been untouched by chemicals and remains clean and pure. A gentle gift from the earth, not a chemical cocktail.
In addition to our ORSER Organic Certification, we also hold The GIMDES Halal certificate for all our products.
Our organic flours come from farms that focus on regenerative soil health. This ancient, careful tending of the land allows the wheat to naturally draw a richer, more robust profile of vitamins and minerals. The nutrients are inherent, deep, and true feeding both body and spirit.
Modern wheat is typically a highly modified, six-chromosome grain (hexaploid) optimised for industrial consistency. This also forces farmers to use more pesticides as the kernels are not as compact and cannot naturally protect itself against rot and pests. Our Ancient Grain seeds have not been aggressively modified, preserving their natural structure and balance. The result is flour that is often gentler to digest and closer to the grain our ancestors thrived on, offering a more wholesome connection to our baking heritage and to the earth itself.
